We carry out the necessary as-built surveys of ship hulls, sections and components and derive the necessary data you need for your specific task. Measurements also support production processes and form the basis for quality assurance measures.

Tolerance check of a crane track system
Our performance:
Three 2-ton bridge cranes, used for assembly, are located in a hall on navy premises. Due to unusual operating noises, the cranes were taken out of operation. For the assessment of the crane system, TÜV-Nord EnSys proposed a metrological solution for deriving the tolerances according to VDI guideline 3579. In cooperation with the surveying department of Meyer Werft, we surveyed the construction of the crane in 3D and documented the deviations.
